Prospera Credit Union as it is known today dates back to the late 1940's when several Mission business people and community members got together to develop an idea around creating a home grown financial institution.
Prospera maintains its roots as a community focused provider of a complete range of financial services by responding to the demands over time from the membership we serve. Prospera has come a long way since it started with only the basic of products. We now offer full value to our members through qualified professional staff with a focus on financial planning, insurance, investments, and mortgages and yes your everyday banking needs.
We are very proud of our ability to meet the financial education needs of our community. Our goal is to make a meaningful difference in the financial well being of each one of our members. We are also proud of our community and spend many volunteer hours to support various groups and organizations. We welcome the opportunity to partner with local non profits and others to help increase exposure and fund raising.
