BC Ukrainian Cultural Festival

The British Columbia Ukrainian Culture Festival takes place annually on the first Saturday of May. For over 25 years, dance troupes as far as Alberta and Seattle travel to Mission, BC to compete in our festival. The troupes not only strive to entertain our thousands of attendees but also perform in front of experienced adjudicators from across the world. Troupes are critiqued in efforts to improve their technique, dance complexity and costume design. In addition to the dance performances, our festival also welcomes vendors, entertainers and hosts an activity center for your little ones. These many components of the British Columbia Ukrainian Culture Festival work together in keeping the Ukrainian Culture alive.
